FAQS

WHAT GEAR DO YOU USE?

We use a Sony A7III, A7SII and an RX100V. These cameras are amazing pieces of equipment. We are talking incredible dynamic range, and the A7SII has great low-light ability, making it great for low-lit venues and dusky couple shoots.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

We secure your wedding date once the contract has been signed and the 25% deposit is paid, or you can choose to pay in monthly installments. We can be flexible about the terms - chat to us.

DO YOU USE DRONES?

We don't personally shoot aerial footage yet due to the legal requirements involved. We can say that we are in the process of securing all the right paperwork so that we can legally offer this option to our clients within 2020 - so please watch this space and ask us about how that process is going if drone footage is important for you.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We love travelling, and are happy to do so for your wedding. If you have a destination wedding planned, we'd love to be a part of it!

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY EDITS?

We have a broad 10-20 week waiting time, but try to keep in touch with you about the progress. Once everything has been completed we courier your USB to you. We personally shoot and edit all our own weddings, and so we appreciate your understanding of the time and love that goes into our work.

CAN I CHOOSE THE SONG?

We have a subscription with www.musicbed.com, and source all our music from there. We listen through hours of songs to find the right vibe for you. We share a few options with you that we think you might like, and together we choose the perfect track!

WHAT ABOUT THE DOCUMENTARY FILM?

It's a simple chronological and documentary-style approach of some of the moments from the day. Consider it a behind-the-scenes view of the day, and you could see: the bride and groom preparations in length // excerpts from the sermon and/or speeches // a few more unseen shots from various moment from the day // this is a great option for those couples who want to get the most out of their wedding footage.

THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION FILMS?

Depending on what goes down on your day, you could see the following in your ceremony video: guests arriving and entering ceremony venue (if possible) // flower girls and/or bridesmaids entering // bride walking in and groom’s expression // sermon through to the exchange of rings and first kiss // snippets of the registry signing // snippets of confetti throwing // group photo // snippets of guests enjoying canapés (done while family photos are taken by photographer // this is a simple chronological and documentary-style video.

While watching your reception video you could see: the mr-and-mrs entering reception venue // all speeches // snippets of the cake cutting // snippets of bouquet toss and/or garter toss (or snippets of the games played during reception) // bride-and-groom first dance // father-and-bride and/or mother-and-groom dances // this is a simple chronological and documentary-style video.
